How do I wash my hats?

While we generally don't advise washing hats like regular clothing, we understand the desire to keep them clean. Here are some tips to help maintain your hat's longevity:

1. Avoid washing machines or dishwashers, as their cycles and soaps can harm your hat.

2. Spot clean or hand wash with clothing detergent for fresh or localized dirt/stains.

3. For cotton hats, occasional gentle hand washing with clothing detergent is recommended.

4. Note that regular wear may lead to permanent sweat stains and fading on all cotton hats.

5. For polyester hats, rinse in the sink or shower after sweating; spot cleaning and hand washing are effective.

6. Air dry your hats, avoiding the use of dryers.

7. When hand-washing or rinsing, be cautious not to saturate leather patches excessively to prevent staining, warping, or accelerated wear.
   

Can I get a Refund?

Refunds are not available as your hats are custom-made. Upon payment, materials are promptly ordered for your unique, made-to-order hats. Accepting your order means committing to the production of your entire project. Any errors will be addressed and rectified on a case-by-case basis to ensure your satisfaction

What is your turnaround time?

After payment is processed and Digital artwork is confirmed your order will be completed and shipped 2-3 weeks after.

How are the patches attached to the hats?

We pride ourselves on using top-tier materials for our hats, which includes employing the finest heat-activated adhesive. This premium adhesive is carefully applied during the patch-to-hat pressing process, ensuring the highest quality and durability in every product.

What is your minimum custom hat order requirement?

To create our custom-made hats featuring your business logo or personal design, we have a minimum order requirement of 6 hats. You have the flexibility to mix and match hat colors, but please note that each order can only include one hat style and one patch color.
